At that point I did some research and it seemed to be the fan motor maybe a bearing and then this morning I turned it back on to take a look again. All I hear is the fan motor. Thanks for the reply fluffy.

Since window air conditioners require you to keep a window open at all times, you may wish to consider one with a built-in insect guard. As heat would naturally flow in the opposite direction, work is required to achieve this.
